Here’s to Friday

What can you expect on the Main Stage Friday? Keep reading to find out.

Five Finger Death Punch

Five Finger Death Punch doesn’t care if you think hard rock is dead. They’re sticking to their guns, whether you like it or not. And it’s working. Top albums. Top singles. Millions of fans. Sold out arenas. A Soldier Appreciation Award. Five Finger Death Punch knows what they’re doing. Including how to put on one hell of a show. Don’t miss their Rock Fest headlining show at 11pm.

Breaking Benjamin

You could say Breaking Benjamin knows success. A career with multiple #1 singles and platinum selling albums, backed by a diehard fan base. And no slowing down in sight. Be in your seats at 8:30pm for their electric show.

Three Days Grace

Did you know? Three Days Grace holds the record for most #1 singles at Active Rock Radio ever. With 13. Not bad for 4 guys who were considered outsiders when first forming. A theme present on their latest album, aptly titled Outsider. An album they hope connects all their fans. Hear them belt those #1s at 6:20pm.

Killswitch Engage

Killswitch Engage gives a big middle finger to trends. With a style that combines classic heavy metal, melodic death metal, and early punk/hardcore, the band has built a strong following. See their passion takeover the stage at 4:10pm.

Ice Nine Kills

Love horror? So does Ice Nine Kills. The band is at the forefront of fusing horror into heavy metal. Drawn to the genre since being a kid, Spencer Charnas sees both as an escape from reality and your problems. This is one performance you will not want to miss. Ice Nine Kills takes the Main Stage at 2:30pm.

From Ashes to New

From Ashes to New knows a thing or two about rising from the ashes. Founder Matt Brandyberry initially set out on a rap career. When that wasn’t panning out, he fell into a spiral. Finding his way back through rock music, From Ashes To New was formed. And has since been on a mission to bring raw, genuine music to their fans. From Ashes To New will be bringing their powerful music to the Main Stage at 12:50pm.

Shallow Side

Alabama-bred Shallow Side has made it their mission revitalize rock & roll. How? By bringing back the energy & excitement the genre once had. Frontman Eric Boatright says the band wants to “take the wheel and steer it back into a direction where everyone from all walks of life could enjoy a good rock show.” Shallow Side is set to get the Friday Main Stage performances going at 11:40am.

We still have a few Fridays to go, but you can crank the Friday Rock Fest 2019 Spotify playlist and pretend to be here. While you’re listening, get your tickets + campsites! TGIF.
