Important Dates for Rock Fest Week

Hey Rockers. Here are some important dates to know for Rock Fest 2019.

SUNDAY, JULY 14TH

Early Camper Set-up begins! Gates will be open 10AM-6PM for you to drop your camper off and start setting up. Only your Camper Pass is required to enter this day. You’re also welcome to stay, but be warned, there will be no Porta-Potties or water until Wednesday.

MONDAY, JULY 15TH

Day Two Early Camper Set-up. This time the gates are open 12PM-8PM. Same rules and restrictions apply as Sunday.

TUESDAY, JULY 16TH

Final day of Early Camper Set-up. Which means final day you are allowed within the gates with only your Camper Pass. Gates are open 12PM-8PM again.

Also the final day to order your tickets online. Get your order in before 11:59PM CST to have your tickets waiting for you at Will Call and avoid the hassle of buying at the gate.

WEDNESDAY, JULY 17TH

Happy Rock Fest! Gates open at 9AM and will remain open 24 hours throughout the festival. Beginning this day, you must have all the appropriate wristbands to enter the campgrounds – Campground Access Pass and Admission Wristband. You’ll also need your Campground Car Sticker and Camper Pass Sticker if you are bringing either to your site.

5PM – Gates open for the Wednesday Night Bonus Bash, exclusive to all 3-Day ticket holders. All in attendance will need to have a 3-Day wristband. Wristbands split into daily bands? You’ll need to be wearing your Thursday wristband and show security your Friday and Saturday bands.

THURSDAY, JULY 18TH

The first official day of Rock Fest 2019! Concert gates open at 11AM, and the first Main Stage act hits the stage at 11:40AM. Get the full schedule here.

FRIDAY, JULY 19TH

Day of the Dead. Bring your best death-inspired look for a chance to win kick-a** prizes. Find more info and inspiration here.

THURSDAY, JULY 25TH

This is the deadline to have your campers removed from the Rock Fest grounds. All campers must be out by 4PM.

JULY 16TH-20TH, 2020
